Jake was on-time, professional and receptive to our questions. He explained his background and experience. He then doubled-checked our order against our symptoms explaining he wanted to make sure we were getting the correct medicine. After checking our vitals and making sure there was no fluid in anyone’s lungs, he asked if we had a preference area for the needle. He got all three of us on the first try, even with deep veins. Jake was very personable throughout the process, continuously asking us if we were feeling any better and if we were having any side effects. We have used mobile IV companies before but Vital Flow is now our go-to mobile IV company. Great service, affordable prices and an easy to use app!
